| The Advisory panel has supported some ground-breaking changes to the way that Protect operates. One of these changes was the introduction of a Genuine Redundancy account offering access to significant tax concessions for members whose jobs are made redundant. A Protect Genuine Redundancy account can increase a member's severance benefit by nearly a third. This initiative is helping Protect members keep more of their payout in their pocket. Advisory panel members work in the industry, so they understand the needs and concerns of electrical workers. |
