Protect engages collections agency
Protect has recently engaged the services of a collections agency, Reliance Recoveries.
Reliance will assist Protect in reconciling accounts, collecting outstanding contributions and the timely allocations of funds to your employees' Protect accounts.
We aim to help you and Protect meet your EBA obligations.
During the initial stages of this engagement you may receive correspondence from Reliance that you believe is not accurate nor appropriate to your business.
Should you receive any contact from Reliance, Protect encourages you to contact them directly on 03 8517 0411 or admin@relrec.com.au to resolve any queries that you may have.
Collecting outstanding severance contributions is a high priority for Protect and helps ensure that all businesses are operating on a level playing field by meeting their EBA obligations.
We appreciate your cooperation during this period of transition and your on-going commitment to ensuring your employee obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
