When you join Protect, you will receive a membership card and online access to your severance account. Online access enables you to access a severance claim form, view your account balance and employer contributions to your account and update your personal details. |
| To register for online access, complete our enquiry form or contact Protect. You will be asked a number of security questions before a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is issued to you. You need your membership number and Protect PIN to access your account online. |
