We're doing it again! Four Protect members will win $5,000 in cash
The inaugural Bill Buster Competition was a smash hit last year so we're running it again. Those bills are never ending so how about a chance for a chop out with a cash injection from Protect?
How to enter
To enter the Protect members Bill Buster Competition, follow the three steps below. You can enter anytime throughout the months of April and May 2024.
- Download the Protect Services App (if you haven't already)
Aussie access: the App Store or Google Play
New Zealand access: the App Store or Google Play - Check your contact details are current
Edit your details if necessary as those contacts will be used to notify winners - Send us a message via the App 'Feedback' option to complete your entry
Your message can be anything from 'Hey' to 'Enter me in the comp', any message will do as the competition is purely a game of chance.
The fine print
The competition commences 12.01am 1 April 2024 and closes at 11.59pm 31 May 2024 (Melbourne time).
Just one entry from current Protect members over the age of 18 will be valid.
Four winners will be drawn at random and will receive $5,000 each by direct deposit into a nominated bank account. Nice!
The draw will take place Tuesday 11 June. The results will be published at noon on this website and our Instagram account @protectmembers Chuck us a follow, we'd love that and we'll keep you updated on the comp and publish a few faces you might recognise.

Select the link to reset your password
You can use the 'forgotten password' feature on the App or via the workers portal to reset your password.
- Select the 'forgot password' link.
- Enter your membership number or the email address we have on file for you.
- For security purposes you will be sent a verification code if using the App. Enter the code when directed and you may then reset your password. If you're using the workers portal you will be sent a link to complete the update process.
Having trouble?
If you don't know your membership number, or we do not have your correct contact details, you will not be able to make use of the 'forgot password' feature on either the Protect App or workers portal. Instead, please email or use the 'contact us form' to request access to your online account.
At the 'Me' tab
To update your contacts:
- Log in to the App
- Navigate to the 'me' tab at the bottom right of screen
- Select ' Contact Details'
- Update as required
On the App 'Me' tab
To access the App ‘Feedback’ option:
- Select the bottom menu ‘Me’ tab,
- ‘Feedback’ will then be linked at the top right of screen.

You can enter the Protect Bill Buster Competition at any time throughout the months of April and May. Just one entry per member will be valid.
