Protect have invested in a brand new portal with enhanced account management features for workers and employers.

Starting with a cleaner interface, simplified navigational tools and increased capacity to complete your own tasks online, we're going to save you time and effort with our new system launching Tuesday 5 July.

We've contacted all employer and worker members to advise of the changes ahead. We'll continue to be in touch with further details about accessing the new Protect portal and latest version of the App.

Account blackout period

In order to execute such a large task, your account, the portal and the App will be unavailable from Thursday 30 June until the new system launch on Tuesday 5 July. Please be mindful that our teams will be especially busy during this period, if you must be in contact, we prefer that you email our Member Services Team.
