Welcome to the team Bankesy
Adding to our lineup of Protect Field Officers with an electrical background, we welcome Steve Bankes.
Bankesy joins us a Field Officer and will service the NSW and ACT region as it continues to grow.
Our Field Team are all ex blue collar workers with an Electrical, Manufacturing or Maritime background. They have each been union officials or delegates, and have a history of looking after and standing up for workers. Bankesy was hand picked for his skills and experience representing members as a union official for the ETU NSW ACT branch and we are thrilled to have him join us.

"My background was in high rise construction, tunneling with some stints at the mines, all as an electrician, before becoming a union organiser with the ETU NSW branch in January 2015."
